Account Manager - Austin, TX Location

We are currently seeking a talented Account Manager to join our team.

  Provide comprehensive service to clients from point of quote creation and sale through invoicing. Ensure accurate completion of the project within the given time frame and budget. Ensure problem resolution process for all client issues is prompt and thorough.

  Ensure the coordination of, with design consultant and all required company departments, new projects. Process the order within 24 hours and complete the project within the client provided deadlines.

  • Ensure client satisfaction as related to the Exhibit Management Program.
  • Attend all departmental and Sales meetings.
  • Learn company standard products, services, culture, and procedures.
  • Learn basic industry terminology and standards.
  • Perform administrative and maintenance duties as needed

  • Bachelor's Degree or work equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in sales support or client services.

Our sales professionals focus on a full range of event marketing products and services that include lead qualification, prospecting, presentations, product demonstrations, event measurement solutions, and closing.

  Assist customer’s with growing their business through full service exhibit design product and service solutions.

  Leverage content experts, account management, operations, and other resources in a true team selling approach to ensure customer satisfaction.

  Uncover, pursue, and penetrate potential market segments using lead generations programs, Email/direct mail campaigns, telemarketing (webex), and company database.

  Ensure the content of prospects’ presentations and proposals are targeted. Ensure the requirements are aligned with The Trade Group solutions.

  Work closely with prospects to understand their business objectives and match those with The Trade Group capabilities and solutions in a consultative selling approach.

  A Bachelor’s degree.

  Applicant must have 2+ years successful business to business consultative sales experience. Experience and focus on display materials, graphics and exhibit management services a plus.

  2+years experience in penetrating existing accounts and establishing profitable new accounts, and proven ability to follow up and implement customer solutions.

  Must be detail oriented and understand the importance of documenting meeting minutes, action items and discussions/decisions held with customers and prospects.

  Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills; engaging communicator who naturally draws people to them.

Assembly Technician

  • Ability to read schematics/drawings.
  • Able to use all hand and electric tools.
  • Apply basic knowledge of policies and technical support skills to a single functional area or product line.
  • Demonstrate use of standard tools and equipment associated with technical profession.
  • Has basic knowledge of computer software (i.e., MS Office Suite to include Excel).
  • Communicate effectively with others (Verbal and Written Skills).
  • Work well in a cross functional team environment.
  • Must be able to work overtime, help with local installations and dismantles, and work independently in an efficient manner.

  Performs installation and dismantle of exhibit components in different configurations per order.

  Reads assembly specifications, such as charts, blueprints, schematic diagrams, and engineering specifications to determine requirements for each order.

  Uses standardized tools, hand and electric and equipment to perform job duties.

  Completes standardized, ongoing duties and tasks (i.e., sub-assembly, assembly, build, test, R&D, QA) to meet production requirements.

  Meets or exceeds quality and production quantity standards as directed by work orders and Supervisor.

  Maintains housekeeping of personal work space and surrounding area (including floors, workbench, tools, etc.) in a clean and well organized manner.
